It was a luxurious and unique hotel in a central area, close enough to great restaurants, the Zocalo, and museums. Standard queen room with a view of the zocalo was ready when we arrived. We had 1 good day here, can recommend the place.

The rooftop restaurant offered fine views of the city, and the free walking tour provided very nice insights into Mexico City's rich history, making my weekend exploration nice.

location of the hotel is very good, we spent our last night in Mexico and it was a very successful one. view of the restaurant is incredible and we said goodbye to Mexico in a memorable way, room was very comfortable, beds were very nice to rest and bathroom with its wooden touches made it different, air conditioning is very quiet and in general the facilities were modern but always keeping a very nice taste in decoration, I liked the detail that they wrote me a welcome by hand, despite being a big hotel made the reception very personalized and we left very happy and satisfied with the attention.
As we arrived with many suitcases the room did not have as much space to accommodate them all, however as we stayed only one night this detail was not important to us since we did not have to open them all.

Excellent service from the front desk and the staff in general; they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Welcome drinks (and smiles) were appreciated and additional details such as the handwritten welcome note, traditional sweet on the pillow, easy access to extra bottled/purified water and fruit made available set Hotel Zocalo Central apart from the other hotels not just in the area, but in other places as well. Attention was given to every detail of their manual, handbook and menu, from their elegant design to the thoughtful and diplomatic way the materials were written. The room would have been a bit small for a longer stay (I only stayed 3 nights), but no space in the room was wasted: every corner, nook and cranny had its purpose. Overall, the hotel was very well designed and laid out.
At first glance I came into a room that was very clean. However, upon closer inspection, I found hair under the sheets, bedroom and bathroom floors, a pointed metal curtain hook and several plastic parts of broken price tags on the bedroom floor. And the underside of the toilet bowl was not cleaned. :-(

The hotel is very well located and very clean. The style and finishes are very good. Everything is fine about the hotel. We stayed 4 days in this hotel and 4 days in NH Reforma
We had two rooms in the hotel. Clients of Austrian nationality. Germany and Mexico. restaurant has a very nice location and view. service was not good. fragrant. To order bread or to have your order taken you have to call several times to the waiter who simply tells you I am coming but that from now on is several minutes. We didn't like the menu. It must be much more varied. In the morning every day is the same marmalade and sweet bread is very burnt. Compared to a breakfast buffet NH must be very hot. Variety of breads. Marmelades. Cold meats and cheeses. what's on offer when it's hot. I repeat the hotel very well. Not the restaurant.

I had an very nice stay! The breakfast was an absolute delight, featuring fresh pastries and an a la carte menu, and the free 24-hour cafe with snacks was such a treat. Don Daniel went above and beyond to help me when I needed something late at night, just a fantastic service experience. I would definitely come back!

Very attentive and friendly staff (Alejandra took 2h to help us change our flight and give advice about Oaxaca); great central location; great terrace restaurant with view on the cathedral and excellent food.
The room was facing an inner courtyard and therefore noisy.

Definitely the location. area is very safe and you are on top of the same ruins of Tenochtitlan! There are police on almost every corner throughout the day and night. They leave water and fresh apples on every floor and gym is open 24 hours a day. Pillow service is available. buffet is small but with bread made and baked at the same time. the resulting view... dreamlike! I invite you to have breakfast watching the sunrise over the cathedral
I really liked everything. The room's a little small but enough for two people. The breakfast buffet small but very good quality. You can ask for extras with payment, the freshly baked bread ... I've never seen it in another hotel. The reception staff maybe a little bit disconnected after the check in... I imagine they were always very busy, at least that's how they looked. But it's just small details that don't detract from the quality
